What You Should Know
Are You a Life Saver?
James Marques August 2016
Driving a vehicle is part of our daily lives to the extent we take it for granted driving is a previlage not a right. Many of us will be driving to our vacation destinations, so unless we have someone to share the drivng responsibility, our main objective will be to stay alert during those long stretches of boring roadways. If we are not careful, we will find ourselves spacing out and drifting off the road and according to a report by Canada’s Traffic Injury Research Foundation found that an estimated 26 per cent of all crashes involving injury or death are due to driver fatigue. When we are able to recognize we are in need of sleep we have the opportunity to take responsibility for our lives and the lives of others. We have the previlage to save lives. We all know this but few us self regulate our focus while on those long trips.
The Future of Mobile Repair
James Marques June 2016
Mobile auto repair is fast becoming a staple in our service industry for various reasons and we will see this areas of service increase as we become financially secure.
Economically, when the nation was struggling to keep jobs open and the housing marketing was tight people tended to repair their own vehicles to save money. In addition, social pressures to stop using our vehicles as much for environmental reasons added to the pricing squeeze the oil companies were wrtinging around our pockets. So now, that job index is rising and the minimum wage is increased we will have less time to repair autos ourselves and leave it to the professionals.
ProFleet Mobile Mechanic will be the alternative to traditional repair shops. Don't get me wrong, there is a need for brick and mortar repair shops. We're just accommodating a need our clients have expressed, "My time is valueble and I don't want to spend it waiting in a shop." We hear you.
How to Avoid Modern Life's Irritant
The Waiting Game
James Marques October 2016
So one of the reason I started Profleet Mobile Mechanic was I saw a need to enrich people's lives with time and there is no better testing ground for the mobile repair concept than Southern California, especially Orange County. I worked there for many years and playing the waiting game inside my car/truck/van was infuriating. I realized that people would much rather have me come to them than them sitting in traffic or worse, developing anxiety disorders while waiting at the repair shop.
This is the future and I am happy to serve my clients in this capacity. Entrepreneur writes, "Americans are wasting a lot of time on things that are beyond their control, including waiting in a doctor's office and standing in line at the DMV. A report also reveals Americans waste an average of 18 months of their lives sitting in traffic. Yes, sitting in traffic!" and Austin is no exception considering that the city and it's neighboring towns are experiencing an unprecedented growth spurt.
My aim is to develop a system that allows my clients to truly enjoy their lives in ways that matter and I want Profleet Mobile Mechanic to be a major part of that experience. Hope the link gives you good ideas for saving time.
